If anything should go wrong with your Bali window treatments, our "best in the industry" Customer Service team – based entirely within the United States – will provide you with the information you need to process your warranty claim.
To ensure prompt and accurate service, please provide the information listed below. This information can be found on a white identification label located on the top of your blind or shade. The identification label can be found by removing your blind or shade from the installation brackets.
Note on roller/solar shades with Continuous Loop Operating System, the label is located on the tube the shade rolls up in to. Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original sales receipt, when available, as well as details regarding the nature of the problem, location of the product, etc.
