The Bali Blinds Window Makeover Sweepstakes

1. Visit www.baliblinds.com/sweepstakes between Aug. 22nd and Sept. 5th, 2018 and fill out the entry form.
2. On Sept. 10th, we will select and announce, on Facebook, the grand prize winner.

ELIGIBILITY. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. No purchase necessary.

This Sweepstakes is open to individuals 21 or older within the United States only. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and immediate family members of Springs Window Fashions, LLC (“Springs”) and their respective parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not eligible to participate in this contest. The total value of the prizes is up to $2,500 retail value in Bali Blinds Window Treatments.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Central Standard Time (“CST”) on August 20, 2018 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CST on Sept. 05, 2018 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

PRIZE WINNERS: On or about Sept. 10, 2018, winners will be determined from among all eligible entries received during the entire Sweepstakes Period. Please see full terms and conditions for more details. An announcement will be posted to Bali Blinds’ Facebook page with the winners first name and picture.

FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.
2. SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION: The Bali Blinds Sweepstakes will run from Aug. 20, 2018 at 12:01 AM CST through Sept. 5, 2018 at 11:59 PM CST. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules, which shall be final and binding in all respects, and further acknowledges that the decisions of Springs Window Fashions and PPG (“Sponsors”) shall be final and binding in all respects.
3. TO ENTER SWEEPSTAKES: Entry is free to everyone. To enter the Sweepstakes, each entrant must fill out the form on the Bali Blinds Sweepstakes landing page; www.baliblinds.com/sweepstakes; or the Bali Blinds Sweepstakes Facebook Landing, www.facebook.com/baliblinds/sweepstakes, with their full name and email address. One Grand Prize will be awarded, valued at up to $2500 retail value of window treatments.
4. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and The District of Columbia. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and Sweepstakes agencies (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.

SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS: The winner of the Grand Prize will be determined by a random drawing through our Woobox sweepstakes software. Winners will be notified via email using the email address provided upon entry. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address or mailing address (in the case of Prize shipment) of entrant. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address through which the entry to the Sweepstakes was submitted, if the Authorized Account Holder meets all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules. “Authorized Account Holder” means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. The winners will be required to sign (electronically, or otherwise) an affidavit of eligibility and liability release, and where permitted, a publicity release (collectively, the “Prize Claim Documents”) before being certified as a winner. Entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes prize winners’ agreement to sign such Prize Claim Documents. If a winner does not claim his/her Prize within 48 hours, the winner will forfeit his/her Prize. In the event a winner is unreachable or fails to comply with these Official Rules and conditions for eligibility, the winner will forfeit his or her Prize. In the event a Prize is forfeited; an alternate winner will be selected. The Prize will be awarded to an alternate potential winner if the required Prize Claim Documents are not signed or if any of the winners fail to claim their prizes. Winners Authorize Bali Blinds to make an announcement / social post on their Facebook page using their first name and picture. In the event the prize winner does not want their picture posted, the Sponsor will only use their name.

1. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE/ODDS: The Prizes for the drawing on Sept 10, 2018 will be blinds or shades with a total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $2,500. Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received by Sponsor. Sponsor cannot predict the number of entries. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes related to the Prizes are the sole responsibility of each Prize winner. Expenses not specifically stated in the Prize description outlined above are the sole responsibility of the winners, including any shipping costs or other incidental costs necessary for delivery of Prizes to the winning entrants. No prize substitution, cash substitution, or assignment or transfer of the Prize is permitted, except by sponsor for reason of unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.
2. GENERAL: All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Acceptance of the Prizes shall be construed as and signify the winning entrants’ agreement and consent that Sponsor and its designees may use the winning entrants’ names, voices, addresses (city and state only), likenesses and/or Prize information, without limitation, for Sweepstakes purposes without further consideration, review, approval, or payment, except where prohibited by law. By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, subsidiary companies, affiliates, divisions, franchisees, representatives, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers, distributors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, Sweepstakes al, fulfillment and marketing agencies, and their officers, directors, employees, shareholders and agents (collectively the “Sweepstakes Entities”), from and against any and all claims, actions and/or liability for any injuries or death, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, delivery, or use of the Prizes. All warranties and/or guarantees on the Prizes, if any, are subject to the Sponsor’s terms and the winning entrants agree to look solely to the Sponsor for any such warranty and/or guarantee. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of prizes. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
3. TECHNOLOGY/INTERNET: The Sweepstakes Entity is not responsible or liable for any incorrect or inaccurate Sweepstakes entry information, and assume no responsibility for (i) any error, omission, interruption, defect, or delay in operation or transmission at any website, (ii) failure of any Sweepstakes entry to be received by Sponsor due to technical problems, telephone service problems, printing errors, human error, or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, (iv) communications line, hardware and/or software failures, (v) damage to any computer (software or hardware) resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes, (vi) theft or destruction of, tampering with, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries and/or Sweepstakes entry information, or (vii) entries which are late, lost, stolen, damaged, illegible, and/or unintelligible (or any combination thereof). If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event the Sweepstakes is terminated for any reason, Sponsor will award the Prize via random drawing from among all valid entries received up to the time of the action taken by the Sponsor. Caution: Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent of the law.
4. PRIVACY: Any information provided by entrants through participation in the Sweepstakes is provided to Sponsor and will be held and used by Sponsor in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy. 5. ENTRANT ACKNOWLEDGMENT: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants consent to receive Sweepstakes and other communications from Sponsor after the Sweepstakes Period. To be removed from future marketing or Sweepstakes communications from Sponsor, please follow the unsubscribe instructions contained in each such electronic communication you receive from Sponsor. All participants can request a winners list after the contest is over. This list will be provided on a per request basis made to the Springs Window Fashions marketing dept.
6. ARBITRATION/CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association then effective. Each entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any Prize awarded, other than those concerning the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of winner, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and ALL entrants hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO AN ENTRANT. All issues and question concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of Wisconsin or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Wisconsin. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the invalidity or unenforceability of any other provision so long as the general intent of these Official Rules remains in effect. If any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these Official Rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.
